Package deals for bulk advance purchases. Purchase any three service in advance and receive a 10% discount. Gift Certificates available as well.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Local checks and Cash.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policy

Please note we especially hold your time slot for you and your massage therapist- please be mindful to cancel your appointment 48 hours ahead of time. Any client that 'no shows', cancels, or changes the time duration of a previously scheduled appointment less than 24 hour notice will be required to pay a fee of $30 of the service fee before they are able to reschedule.
 

Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificate must be redeemed prior to date of expiration, no exceptions.
• Please call 413-429-7814 to book your appointment or book online and inform that you have a gift certificate.
• Gift certificate is non transferable. Only recipient on certificate can redeem.
• The cancellation and scheduling policy still applies.
• Must present gift certificate prior to service being rendered.

Insurance Reimbursement Policy

 When coming in for your appointment, please let the therapist know that you need a receipt for reimbursement.  The above information is important for everything running smoothly for your reimbursement. Thank you for your assistance.
